Mixed-methods research on diabetes patient health education using digital technologies

Ăvod: DigitĂĄlnĂ zdravotnĂ intervence majĂ potenciĂĄl zlepĹĄit pĹĂstup ke vzdÄlĂĄvacĂm programĹŻm. Ve vĂ˝zkumu digitĂĄlnĂho zdravĂ jsou pĹĂstupy zaloĹženĂŠ na smĂĹĄenĂ˝ch metodĂĄch ĂşÄinnĂŠ, protoĹže osvÄtlujĂ problĂŠmy z vĂce ĂşhlĹŻ pohledu. CĂl: CĂlem pĹehledovĂŠ studie bylo prozkoumat rozsah metod za vyuĹžitĂ digitĂĄlnĂch technologiĂ v edukaci diabetikĹŻ u pacientĹŻ s diabetem 2. typu. Metodika: PomocĂ vyhledĂĄvĂĄnĂ elektronickĂ˝ch databĂĄzĂch PubMed, EBSCO a ScienceDirect jsme identifikovali 10 relevantnĂch ÄlĂĄnkĹŻ pouĹžitĂm nĂĄsledujĂcĂch termĂnĹŻ: "diabetes typu A (internetovĂ˝ NEBO webovĂ˝) vzdÄlĂĄvĂĄnĂ smĂĹĄenĂĄ metoda" edukace rĂĄmci samolĂŠÄby diabetu (webovĂŠ internetovĂŠ technologiemi asistovanĂĄ edukace) mellitus [MeSH Terms] internet metoda". VĂ˝sledky: NejÄastÄji vyuĹžĂvanou kvalitativnĂ metodou byl hloubkovĂ˝ rozhovor kombinovanĂ˝ kvantitativnĂm datovĂ˝m ĹĄetĹenĂm. intervencĂ pouĹžĂvĂĄnĂ webovĂ˝ch strĂĄnek. ZĂĄvÄr: Vzhledem k vysokĂŠ prevalenci znaÄnĂŠmu nĂĄrĹŻstu novĂ˝ch pouze malĂ˝ poÄet studiĂ. BudoucĂ by se mÄly zamÄĹit zkuĹĄenosti ĂşÄastnĂkĹŻ faktory povzbuzujĂcĂ pacienty ĂşÄasti takovĂ˝ch vzdÄlĂĄvacĂch programech, jakoĹž i identifikaci nejĂşÄinnÄjĹĄĂch online nĂĄstrojĹŻ.
